Initial Consultation
In-Clinic
You have completed a copy of the 'Health Questionnaire', provided upon booking your apt and have sent it via email prior to the apt which allows us to review it in-depth together. During this review we talk openly about your health, diet and lifestyle. We discuss a plan and you may ask any questions about how to support the body during the Regenerative Detoxification process. The consultation may take up to 2 hours.
- We discuss your most recent blood pressure + pulse readings
- Review Main Health Goals and Current Health Status, via Health Questionnaire (Bring the completed, printed out version) + Q&As (if initial consult)
- Review 3 Levels of Regenerative Detoxification / Dietary Recommendations
- You are provided important resources (pdfs) for your healing journey such as the 'Dietary Recommendations' with three different levels of detox diet as described in Dr Morse's teachings.
- Some suggestions in terms of products useful for the journey are made
- You are provided with the homework of taking notes in a Food + Lifestyle Journal (4 days minimum) as well as instructions on using the Journal TBD at follow-up apt
- Any Recommendations that ‘came through, based on where you are at' during our consult, are sent via email following the apt
- Herbal Protocol is provided following initial consult via email
- Within 2 weeks you are sent your completed Iris Analysis (optional - see below: 'Iris Analysis') + Herbal Protocol (Note: Herbs available through a 3rd party herbalist and are not included in the cost)
Follow Up Apt
- Your recent blood pressure + pulse results are discussed
- We review your Iris Analysis in more detail + cover Emotional Causes to Dis-Ease
- We review your completed Food + Lifestyle Journal (Scanned and sent online prior to apt)
- The focus is on Dietary Recommendations + Education
- You are asked to use the Journal provided moving forward on Level 1, 2 or 3 of the Regenerative Detoxification Dietary Recommendation and make special note of any negative emotions and their particular triggers as well as any physical pain or discomfort as they arise
- Within 1 week following the apt you are provided with either a Personalized Diet Program based on what you like to eat as shown in the Food + Lifestyle Journal as well as Lifestyle-related recommendations or any pertinent recommendations for where you are at in your journey to Wellville + any important resources that may serve as a tool to propel your healing forward
Follow Up 2
- Your recent blood pressure + pulse readings are discussed
- Recap of teachings / Education + Species Specific Diet / Electrical Foods / Herbs
- Discussion and coaching around any Healing Reactions and / or concerns with the process
- Recommendations are discussed and sent following apt
Note Re. Follow Up Consults
You now have a good understanding of your genetic weaknesses and have begun your herbal protocol. You have begun implementing a Regenerative Detoxification diet (based on the dietary recommendations provided). Food + Lifestyle journals may be completed for review at this point and more personalized diet programs are generated based on your desirable level of detoxification at this point.
Your detox journey is dynamic in nature and therefore dietary adjustments will be a large part of getting you to Wellville.
I am here to advise and coach in the event there is a Healing Reaction/Event that may cause you to want to quit your detoxification journey… I can help ‘walk u off the ledge’ so to say! lol* (See asterisk below for fees.)
*$60/60 min Virtual Health Coaching (must have had a minimum of 3 apts... becomes available immediately following the 3rd consult.)
Potential Iris Analysis FOLLOW UP ($100 + HST)
Available at the 6+ month mark following your initial Iris Analysis or Coaching Session. You may send more recent eye photos (Macro Lens / Good Quality Required) OR schedule another Iris Scan HERE , so that another Iris Analysis can be done to see how your body has begun the healing process - the regeneration that is inevitable through proper detoxification shows up in your Iris!

Jeanette is a Usui Holy Fire 2nd degree Reiki practitioner. Reiki is offered virtually and potential in-person sessions (please inquire)
The skepticism in me ran deep in terms of this modality for many years. 20 years in the holistic health field afforded me an excess of introductions to individuals offering Reiki however I had concerns about the person's energy and having their hands on my body.
When Reiki found me during COVID, I needed it greatly and noticed huge benefits! My teacher was offering distant sessions and this served me well as a newbie. Now I have the knowledge of what Reiki truly is and how it never causes harm nor does the practitioner exchange their energy with the client.
